Rose Harrison, 93, formerly of Colchester, Vermont, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 30th, 2025.
Rose was born on July 18th, 1932, in Woburn, MA, the daughter of the late Richard & Dorothy Coleman. She was a graduate of St. Patrick's High School. In 1959 she was married in St. Patrick's Catholic Church to Peter Harrison. They settled in Vermont where they welcomed and raised their two sons, spending a lot of time on the sidelines of baseball games and track meets and in Kennebunk, Maine. Peter & Rose enjoyed 57 wonderful years together until Peter's passing in 2016.
Family, friends and faith were very important to Rose. She loved spending time with her sons & grandchildren and was all too happy to share photos and talk about them with her wonderful community of neighbors and friends. She was a long-time member of Holy Cross Parish in Colchester.
She is survived by her sons, Peter Harrison and wife Maureen of Sugar Loaf, NY and Rick Harrison and wife Lisa of Essex Jct, VT. Grandchildren Sarah Harrison, Jeff Harrison, Carter Harrison and Delaney Harrison.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 15th, 11:00 am in Holy Cross Church, Colchester, Vermont. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Holy Cross Church.
