Rose Belinda Hudson

Rose Belinda Hudson, 57, of Irving, Texas, passed away on November 14, 2025. She was born on March 1, 1968, in Dallas, and raised in Irving, where she spent her childhood surrounded by a large and loving family.
Rose graduated from MacArthur High School and went on to become a Licensed Cosmetologist and Nail Technician, a career she proudly dedicated her life to. For Rose, her work was more than a profession - it was a way of caring for others. She formed lasting friendships with her clients and colleagues, and she was known for her ability to brighten someone's day with both her talent and her warm personality.
Rose was preceded in death by her parents, Leslie Stone Hudson II and Millie Carolyn Hudson; her brothers, Reggie and Brian Hudson; her sister, Millie Spillman; and her husband, Matt Honeycutt.
She is survived by her siblings, Bridget Hill (Steve Castillo), Brenda Sattar, Les Hudson III, Luther Edmonds, and Lisa Edmonds Holcomb. She is also survived by her nephews J.D. Hudson (Veronica), Nick Hill (Liz), Harrison Hudson, and Peyton Hudson; her nieces Chrystal Covington (Andy), Tarryne Brown, Brittany Hudson, and Candyss Fowler (Rodney).
Her beloved great-nieces and great-nephews include Elizabeth Hudson, Danielle Hudson, Marcus Hudson, Emerie Castillo, Hudson Covington, Millie Parks, Reese Covington, Maverick Fowler, and Montana Fowler. Rose also leaves behind countless friends, clients, and extended family whom she cherished deeply.
Rose will be remembered for her humor, her generous heart, and the love she showed to everyone she knew. She touched many lives through her kindness, creativity, and unwavering loyalty to the people she loved.
Services to honor and celebrate her life will be held at Colonial Funeral Home of Irving-formerly Donnelly's, on Saturday, November 29th at 5:00 PM - All are welcome.
