Rose "Rindone" Marinelli

Marinelli, Rose (Rindone) of Dedham passed away peacefully March 24, 2026 at the age of 93. Born in Boston, Rose was raised and educated in Roxbury and so proud of her Italian heritage. She was a true Dedhamite where she lived for 70 years while raising her three children. She was a lover of all Boston sports teams and avidly participated with her children and grandchildren in all of their sporting events and activities throughout their childhood. She was involved with the Dedham Boosters Club, Dedham Little League, Dedham Dynamos, Italian American Club and Dedham Recreation. She was full of fun, love, laughter and kindness and always left a memorable impression on those she was around. She had a beautiful soul.

Beloved wife of the late Marco M. Marinelli; loving mother of Domenic Marinelli and his wife Judy of Dennis, MA, Marie (Marinelli) Hedberg and her husband Kevin of Ocean Park, ME, and Mark S. Marinelli of Franklin, MA; Devoted sister of Suzanne Camillo of Avon, MA and the late Mary Anastos and Frank, James and Joseph Rindone. She is survived by five grandchildren, Michelle Raffin, Nina Kirkland, Lisa Marinelli, Steven Marinelli and Timari Marinelli and four great grandchildren, Caleb and Avery Raffin, Gianna Marinelli and Owen Kirkland.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, April 8 from 9:30-11:30am at the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St, Dedham. A short service will follow and then burial at Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton. Relatives and friends kindly invited.
