In Loving Memory of Rose Mary Sicking (Seufert)November 22, 1934 – July 9, 2025

It is with heavy hearts and profound love that we share the peaceful passing of our beloved Rose Mary Sicking (née Seufert) on July 9, 2025, at the age of 90. Known affectionately by all as “Momo,” she was the heart and soul of our family — a shining light of love, faith, and unwavering kindness.

Rose’s story is one of compassion and gentle strength. She was the most tender, loving, and gracious woman you could ever meet — truly an angel who walked among us. Her life was rooted in her deep faith and her unshakable commitment to her family, which brought her endless joy and purpose.

She shared an extraordinary love story with the love of her life, Jim — known lovingly to his family as “Bobo.” For 74 years, they cherished one another, hand in hand, building a life full of warmth and love. Their 68 years of marriage were a testament to true love — the purest, most beautiful bond anyone could witness. Together, they created a family grounded in love, respect, and devotion.

She was the proud and loving mother of six children: Deborah Sicking, Donna Sicking, Jim Sicking, Mary (Russ) Arman, Diane (Chuck) Criswell, and Bill (Charla) Sicking. Each one carries her legacy of kindness, strength, and compassion.

Momo adored her 14 grandchildren, each of whom brought a sparkle to her eye: Ashley (Josh) Sillies, Braizlee Browning, TJ (Samantha) Burkhardt, Lindsay (John) Peters, Samantha (Matt) Marino, Joe (Stephanie) Sicking, Sydney Arman, Courtney (Isaiah) Holland, Taylor (Eric) Bryant, Brooke Sicking, Kailey Arman, Nicole Sicking, Emma Sicking, and Austin Arman.

Her love extended to her eight precious great-grandchildren, who lit up her world: Caden Browning, Aubrey Marino, Noah Sillies, Warren Marino, Lucas Sillies, Rylee Peters, Addison Sillies, and Charlee Peters.

To know Rose was to be loved without condition. She gave from her heart — generously, humbly, and without hesitation. We deeply admired her for the quiet strength and endless patience she showed throughout her life. Her heart was always open — to help, to comfort, to pray.

She never complained, even when life was hard. Her faith in God guided her every step, and her unwavering devotion to her family was the foundation of all she did. Her presence brought us peace, and the love she gave lives on in the hearts of everyone she touched.

She was, simply put, the most amazing wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother this world has ever known. Her absence leaves a void in our lives that will never be filled, but her love lives on in each of us — in our memories, our traditions, and in the way we love one another.

She was our angel on earth. And now, she rests with the angels in heaven.

We will miss you forever, Mom. Thank you for loving us so perfectly.

"Well done, good and faithful servant." — Matthew 25:23
