Rose Marie Mucker

Rose Marie Mucker, 94, of Addison passed away March 3, 2024, at Hampton Manor Assisted Living in Trenton. Rose's family and friends will gather Monday, March 11, 2024, from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm with rosary at 7:30 pm at Eineder Funeral Homes - Brooklyn Chapel and Tuesday, March 12, 2024, from 10:00 am – 11:00 am at St. Rita Catholic Church. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at 11:00 am at St. Rita Catholic Church. Fr. Tom Helfrich OSFS will serve as celebrant. Private interment of ashes will be later, at St. Rita Columbarium.
Rose was born on June 30, 1929, in Akron, Ohio to John and Lucy (Vukovich) Melert. Rose married the love of her life, the late Louis Mucker, on April 24, 1954, in Akron, Ohio and they had 63 wonderful years together. Rose enjoyed a long career at Ford Motor Company, retiring from there after many years. She was a long-time parishioner at St. Rita Catholic Church. She liked to dance, read novels, and take trips to the casino. Rose was a joyful person who had a great sense of humor, who would help anyone in need. She will be remembered most as a woman who greatly cherished her family.
Rose is survived by her children, Theresa (Kelly) Welbourne, Carol (George) Brommer Jr., Barbara Scott and David Mucker; a brother, John (Joan) Melert; grandchildren, Miranda (Drew), Steven (Rachel), Wayne (Elena), Angela, Faith, and Joshua; great grandchildren; Riley, Jarrett, and Weston; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers and one sister.
