Rose M. Pollina

Rose M. Pollina, 90 years young, of Nashua, NH, passed away on Thursday April 4, 2024 at her home. She was born on July 14, 1933 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Giovanni and Angelina (Carlucci) Saccente.
For years, Rose worked as a Travel Agent, medical assistant and a foster grandparent at Broad Street School. She loved the students and teachers and worked until her passing. Not too many people have her energy and love for all those around her.
She was the beloved wife of Peter Pollina for 59 years until his passing in March 2009.
In her free time, Rose enjoyed playing bingo, bowling, Casino penny slots. She also enjoyed cooking, baking, and shopping, as she very much lived the "Shop till you drop" motto. Rose was a people person and loved to make everyone she could laugh. Above all else, Rose enjoyed spending time with her grandkids, great grandkids, family and friends.
Rose is survived by her three children Susan Jordan of Nashua, Michele DesMarais & Dave Gilcreast of Gilford, NH and Ann Ketels of Pennsylvania. Grandchildren Alison & Todd, Joseph & Laura, Stacy & Dave, Wesley & Erin, AJ & Meagan, Danielle & Mike, Max & Vicky, John, Kris & Pat, Victoria & Kim, Jake & Jeanette, Kellee & Andy. Her eleven great grandchildren, Pete, Charlie, Hunter, Charlie, George, Michael, Scarlett, Cole, Xander, Liam, Gabriel, Callie Mae, and 2 more great grandchildren on their way, her brother, numerous nieces and nephews, and many precious friends.
She was predeceased by her son John Pollina, sisters Theresa Speciale, Antoinette Darrigo, Mary Macchia, her brothers Ben Saccente and Angelo Saccente.
