Rose Marie Rizzo
July 1937-November 2025
Rose Rizzo, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, touched the lives of many with her warmth and generosity. Originally from New York, she brought her vibrant spirit to Albuquerque in 1970, where she built a loving home and lasting friendships. Rose was known for her kindness, her sense of humor, her love of fashion and her unwavering support for her family. Preceded in death by her oldest daughter Donna M Rizzo, she will be deeply missed by her surviving children, Michele Heyman (Aaron Heyman), George Rizzo Jr (Serena Rizzo), and her grandsons Taylor Gonzales, Samuel Heyman and Zach Heyman. The family wishes to thank the Presbyterian Hospice team for their support and compassion and invites those who knew Rose to share their memories and celebrate her life in their own ways through a digital memorial at kudoboard.com (In loving memory of Rose Rizzo)
