Rose Marie Salkowski

Rose Marie R. (Biscotti) Salkowski, a homemaker, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at her residence in Bridgeport, PA. She was 87. Rose Marie was a member of the Evangel Church in Norristown, PA. She enjoyed crafting, doing ceramics, and selling Home Interior. She was a member of Weight Watchers, where she was an officer for many local branches and was involved in TOPS.
Born on February 16, 1937 in Norristown, PA, she was a daughter to the late Joseph and Rose (Gesullo) Biscotti.
Surviving is her loving family including: her husband of 45 years, Edward J. Salkowski; 5 children: Vincent J. Savitz, Rose Marie Adams (Kenneth), LuMuir E. Savitz; Patricia Kolva, and Anita Beckett; son-in-law, David Velasquez;19 grandchildren: Kimberly Horton, Dawn Griffith, Joshua Miehel (Katie), Tim Miehel, Vincent Savitz II, Jason Savitz (Diane), Shawn Savitz, Daniel Savitz, Richard Moser, Justin Adams (Maisie), Nicole Whittlesey (Skylar), Jennifer Rose Malloy (Rahfe), Amanda Robles (Rodrigo), Amy Kolva, Kyra Hissner, Kelsey Hissner, Dylan Hissner, Shara Kelley and Kaitlynn Price ; 32 great-grandchildren: Skylar Savitz, Gabriel Winkleman, Dania Savitz, Evanlynn Savitz, Brandon Poulson, Nathan Poulson (Sara), Matthew Poulson, Chelsea Ann Raynor, Austin August, Shaylee Miehel, Jace Miehel, Everly Miehel, Allie Shay Adams, Korah Adams, Jasper Adams, Claira Adams, Aiden Whittlesey, Sophia Whittlesey, Lilia Whittlesey, Michaela Johnson, Michael Johnson, Reed Malloy, Rahfe Malloy, Jr., Jackson Malloy, Rahfia Malloy, Amara Olea, Kyle Kolva, Giovanni Robles, Mia Robles, Keralee McCall, Julius McCall, Caleb Smith, 6 great great-grandchildren: Wade Poulson, Maverick Raynor, Sterling Raynor, Sophia Breece, Luca Breece, and Noah Breece; and many other loving family members.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Esther Rose Velasquez; 7 brothers: Joseph Biscotti Sr., Charles Biscotti, Anthony Biscotti, Nicholas Biscotti, Leonard Biscotti, John Biscotti, Sr. and Ronald Biscotti Sr. and 6 sisters: Mary Mullett, Anna Fulmer, Mary Sandora, Julia Carfagno, Josephine Boccella, and Theresa DeStefano.
Relatives and friends are invited to Rose Marie's viewing at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd, 805 DeKalb St., Bridgeport PA 19405 on Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 10:00am to 11:50am, with her Funeral Service starting at 12noon. Interment will be in Valley Forge Memorial Gardens in King of Prussia, PA
