Rose Stiftar (nee Luzniak), age 75, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2023 after a short illness. Daughter of Melvin and Rose (nee Wachala) (both deceased). Wife of the late Michael for 53 years. Mother of Lisamarie (Carl) Stary, Alan (Emily), and Jason (Linda). Grandmother of Jena, Thadeus, and Nicodemus Stary, Alan, Owen, Chloe, Sadie, and Amelia Stiftar. Sister of Melvin (Joanne, deceased), Alex (Rose), Chester (deceased)(Olga), Edward (Patricia), and James Luzniak. Family and friends will be received at 9:30 AM on Saturday January 28, 2023 at St. Andrew Abbey, 2900 Martin Luther King Blvd. Cleveland with Memorial Mass immediately following at 11:00 AM.

I'm very sorry to hear this news. I worked with Rose at St. Andrew Abbey. She could always make me laugh with her jokes and sense of humor. I will remember her fondly. She and her family are in my prayers. Rest in peace, Rose.
