Rose Williams Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Evans Funeral Home and Memory Gardens, Inc. - Jefferson on Feb. 11, 2026.
Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the passing of Mrs. Rose Lee Williams, age 74, of Jefferson, Georgia and entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.

Rose was born in Pineville, Louisiana, to the late Samuel Taylor McFall and Jessie Lee Olive McFall. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Bettie (Billie) Torres, and Sandra Sue Carrillo, and three brothers, Steve Robert Remiro, Sam Ray McFall and James Dean McFall.

A woman of strong and unwavering faith, Rose leaned on the Lord throughout every season of her life. Her faith carried her, sustained her, and gave her peace. What she believed for so many years, she now sees face to face - her faith has now become sight.

Rose worked for many years as a Controller and later, as an Administrative Assistant in the real estate industry. She was dependable, organized, and took pride in doing things well. She quietly helped things run smoothly and built meaningful relationships along the way.

To those who knew her best, Rose was funny, caring, and deeply nurturing. She had a warmth about her that made people feel comfortable. She loved reading a good book, enjoying a shopping trip, and spending time socializing with family and friends. She cherished conversations, laughter, and simply being together.

Above all, she loved her family. Being a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother brought her great joy and purpose. Her presence, her smile, and her steady love will be profoundly missed.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Ronald Keith Williams of Lawrenceville, GA. Her daughter, Desiree Duncan of Jefferson, GA, and daughter and son-in-law, Patrice and Jason Conner of Arlington, Texas; Her grandchildren, Joshua Williams and his girlfriend Eleana Padilla of Austin, Texas, Anthoni and Alexandrea Lowe of Arlington, Texas, and Jason Conner of Arlington, Texas; she also had two great-grandchildren, Axel and Jetson Lowe of Arlington, Texas. Rose has one surviving sister, Betty Lou McFall Perkins of Forney, Texas. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.

In accordance with Roses' wishes, she will be cremated, and a celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

"We will carry your love and your faith with us always."
