Roseann "Rose" Alfaro

Roseann "Rose" Alfaro, left us on June 2, 2022, with her family by her side in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on February 27th, 1969, and was 53 years old at her time of passing. She was the strongest person you'd ever meet, had the kindest heart, and welcomed everyone into her life with open arms. Her smile and laugh lit up the room as soon as she walked in, and left a piece of herself with all of us. She will be missed every day for the rest of our lives, but her memory will live on forever through us.
Rose was welcomed in heaven by her loved ones who preceded her in death: Her mother, Teresa Ortiz, as well as her sisters, Lucia Baca, Blanca Ortiz, and Patricia Ortiz. Rose is survived by her loving family: her husband Marcelo Alfaro, her children, Jacob, Katherine, and Bethany; her father Arturo Ortiz; her sisters Maria, Alicia, and Sandra, and brothers Eulogio, Alberto, and Gilberto. Rose had many nieces and nephews and two beautiful grandsons whom she loved dearly.
Rose loved reading, writing, baking, and all her investigative crime shows. Her favorite thing to do was be with her husband, kids, and grandkids. She loved her music and tearing up the dance floor. Rose loved cheering on her Spurs, especially Tim Duncan. She enjoyed holidays when all the family would be together; that was her happy place, surrounded by loved ones.
Until we meet again, our sweet beautiful angel. We will live everyday to the fullest, as you did, and promise to honor your memory always. We love you to the moon and back.
