We invite family and friends to gather and celebrate the immense love and light she brought into our lives. Services will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at Palmer-Welsheimer Family Funeral Home North-Chapel. We will welcome guests for visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m., with the memorial service to follow at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers or a specific memorial donation, we kindly ask that you honor Roselee's memory by donating to your local church or a charity of your choice, reflecting the kindness she shared with the world.
