Rosemarie "Marie" Traylor

Rosemarie (Marie) Traylor, 83, of Winters, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2025, after a brave battle with cancer.

Marie was born on January 12, 1942, in Vinita, Oklahoma. Her family moved to California when she was in elementary school. In 1960 she graduated from Vacaville High School and later that year married her husband, Bill, on August 13, 1960.

Marie devoted her life to nurturing her family and creating a warm, welcoming home. She treasured time spent with loved ones and friends and found joy in a variety of hobbies. Gifted with an eye for detail, Marie had a special talent for decorating and making every occasion feel meaningful-whether she was arranging her home or thoughtfully preparing a gift, she brought beauty and care to everything she touched.

She leaves behind her loving husband of 65 years, Bill; daughters Renee (Chris) Inman and their children; Desirae, Cheyne and Mariah and Lisa (Gary) Elliott and their children; Tim Santos, Matt and Sarah and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Noble and Ruby Mansell, her brother Leon Mansell, and sister Jeanette Siler.

A celebration of her life will be held at Winters Cemetery. Please contact the family for service information. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
