Rosemary Assumption Andreozzi Schwenk

Houghton: Rosemary Assumption Andreozzi Schwenk, age 94, of Houghton, Michigan, passed away peacefully in her home on November 10, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family and friends.
Rosemary was born on April 9, 1931, in Franklin Mine, Michigan and married the love of her life, Henry Schwenk, on September 27, 1952 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church on Quincy Hill.
For more than 70 years, Rosemary was a devoted member of Saint Ignatius Loyola Church, where her faith guided her life an shaped the compassion she showed to everyone around her. She was a wonderful mother to all, and whose presence brought comfort, laughter, and grace.
Rosemary is survived by her loving daughters, Mary (Ron) Chopp and their children, and Susan Schwenk. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Henry, her daughter, Catherine Ann, and her son, Donald Henry. Though she endured profound loss, she carried her family's memory in her heart throughout her life.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, November 14, 2025 at Saint Ignatius Loyola Catholic Church in Houghton with Father John Martignon to officiate. Friends may call from 10 A.M. until 10:45 A.M. at the church on Friday before services.
