Mrs. Rosemary Jay Goodier

Rosemary Gill Goodier, a lifelong resident of New Orleans, born Septmber 23, 1917, died at home On Monday, October 20. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rose Lawson Gill and Benjamin J. Gill, and her grandson, Dr. Colin David Goodier. Beloved mother of Lynda Goodier LoCoco (Vincent), Dr. Elbert H. Goodier III (Cathy), and Glenn Gill Goodier (Nicette). Beloved grandmother of Pamela L. Montz (Greg), Elizabeth L. Doody (Michael), Chip LoCoco (Wendy), Christy G. Ross (Scott), Dr. Christopher G. Goodier (Bethany), Kendall G. Hales (Ben), Dr. Gina E. Goodier, Dr. Michael A. Goodier (Aimee), and Lindsey M. Goodier. Also beloved great grandmother of 17 great grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 3368 Esplanade Avenue, New Orleans, La. 70119, on Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at 1130AM. Interment will follow in Greeenwood cemetery. Visitation will begin at the Church at 10:00am until the time of the service.
