Rosemary Lawson

Rosemary Lawson (74) went to her new home in heaven on January 25, 2025, at Bradley Medical Center. She passed peacefully surrounded by her loved ones. Rosemary never met a stranger and helped anyone in need. She loved to laugh and have a good time. Rosemary attended Community Hall throughout her lifetime. 

Rosemary was preceded in death by her late husband Thomas Lawson, parents Woodrow and Pauline Haney, brothers Robert Haney and Randall Haney. She leaves behind to cherish in her memory, her sister Freda Wampler, sons Louis Lawson (Misty), Doug Lawson (Tonia), and Dale Lawson (Amy). Grandchildren, MaKayla Lawson, Lauren Lawson Sanders (Austin), Ruby Lawson, Kirstan Caylor, Corey Barker, Jerry Barker, Amber Burnett, and Blake Belcher. Special Great Granddaughter who she adored so much Adeline Jane Sanders. Along with several other great grandchildren and nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 31st, 2025, at Poole Funeral Home at Fike Chapel with Pastor Jeannie Sissom officiating. Burial will follow in Fort Hill Cemetery with Poole Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be held from 5:00 -8:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 30th, 2025, at Poole Funeral Home at Fike Chapel. Active pallbearers will be Corey Barker, Austin Sanders, Kenny Lawson, Jeff Beasley, Doug Lyles, and Tommy Jones.
