Rosemary Kay Streeter-Meade, 67, of Beloit, WI, passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2026 in her home.

She was born on October 22, 1958 in Beloit, WI, the daughter of Orville and Virginia (Gerard) Streeter. Rosemary attended Beloit Memorial High School. She married James Meade on September 5, 1987 in Beloit, WI. He predeceased her on January 16, 2021.

Rosemary was a proud homemaker for her family. She loved everyone and was very selfless. Rosemary could often be found writing poems, which she had a few published over the years or creating art projects as she was known for her beautiful paintings. She enjoyed watching old movies, sitcoms, her hamsters and cats, Sox and Stoker. Above all, she cherished spending time with family; especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, Keith Streeter and Katrina Meade both of Beloit, WI; grandchildren, Virginia Rose (Parker) Olson and Kaylee Meade-Hughes both of Beloit, WI; step son, Benjamin Bode; step daughter, Tana Meade; mother, Virginia Mittelsteadt; brothers, Alan (Jeanetta) Mittelsteadt and Karl (Mary) Mittelsteadt; sister, Debra Purdy; best friend, Lauree Yaints; and grand puppy, Raco.

Rosemary was predeceased by her father; grandparents; brother, Orville Streeter Jr.; and step father, Ronald Mittelsteadt.

A Visitation of Remembrance for Rosemary will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2026 in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Rd., Beloit, WI.
