Rosetta June Feistel, 77, of Rockport IN passed away at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, IN on January 28th, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.
Rosetta was born on November 19, 1948 in Evansville, IN to her parents, Bobbie and Loveta (Garland) Stuckey. She attended Millersburg High School and then found work as a seamstress. She then met and married the love of her life, Donald Feistel. Rosetta and Don were together for 49 years; happily wed for 42 of those years.
Rosetta was much beloved by everyone who knew her, and was always described as sweet and kind. She was very famous for her chicken and dumplings, as well as for her knitted comfort creatures – Rosetta was incredibly gifted and brought comfort to all. She enjoyed working with her church and taking care of everyone around her. She will be dearly missed by all.
Rosetta was preceded in death by her parents, Bobbie J. and Loveta Stuckey; and by one brother, Roger W. Stuckey. Rosetta is survived by her devoted husband, Donald Feistel; her daughter, Lisa Crafton; stepson Patrick (Julie) Feistel; grandchildren, Sierra Hedges, Tucker Feistel, Sarah Feistel, Chuck Crafton, and Taylor Crafton; 13 great-grandchildren; her brother, Robert Stuckey; and her sisters Loretta Stuckey, Fayetta Mitchell, Arletta Miller, Annetta Page, Tuanetta Bryant, Rayetta Burnett, Marcetta McCarty, and Ronnetta Stuckey.
A Funeral Service for Rosetta will be held on Wednesday, February 4th 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Titzer Family Funeral Homes Simpson Chapel, 510 W Jennings St Newburgh IN 47630. A visitation in Rosetta’s honor will take place on Tuesday, February 3rd 2026 from 3:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., also at Titzer Family Funeral Homes Simpson Chapel in Newburgh, IN. An additional one hour of visitation time will be before the Funeral Service, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday February 4th 2026.
Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Chandler, held at a later date.
