Rosetta Plowman Obituary

Rosetta was born in Madison County, Kentucky, on June 30, 1944, to the late Vernon and Cleo Frazier Canter. She spent most of her life being a homemaker and later worked outside of the home. She enjoyed plants, working crossword puzzles, and loved going to the library and reading mystery books.
In addition to her parents, Rosetta is preceded in death by her first husband: William Earl Plowman; and her second husband: Lloyd Rhodus, Sr.; and sisters: Katie Underwood and Mollie Croucher.
Survivors include children: Melissa Sueann Rhodus of Richmond; Cindy Michelle Turpin (Chris) of Richmond, Brian Edward Rhodus of Richmond; Timothy Lee Plowman (Andrea) of Richmond; Jeffrey Todd Plowman of Richmond; and Randel Plowman of Northern Kentucky; brothers: Bobby Canter of Indiana; Ray Canter of Florida; and sister: Lena Shelton of Indiana.
The family has chosen private services.
The Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
