Rosie Cano passed away peacefully in her home at the age of 87 surrounded by her family on February 25, 2026. She was born on June 17, 1938 in San Antonio, TX. She is survived by her three children, Joseph Cano, Diana and husband Hector Melendez, Danny and wife Liza Cano. Also by her grandchildren Ashley Rose Cano, Yesenia Marie Suarez, Pedro Guerrero, Joseph and wife Valynn Cano, and Ilyza Dani Cano. Also great-grandchildren Moises Andres Lopez, Savannah Denise Lopez, Jayden Danny Suarez, Leilani Mae Suarez, late Zendaya Mae Suarez, Mavis Danii Cano, and Noah Alizandro Cano.

Her biggest happiness was spending time with her family, cleaning her yard, and watching her YouTube. She was the heart of this family and will forever be missed, and will live forever in our hearts until we meet again.

Visitation and prayer service will be held at Castillo Funeral Home on 520 N. Gen McMullen in Building#2 on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.

Viewing begins at 4pm-745
