Rosie Lee Moses

Rosie Lee Moses, 93, of Tyler, passed through Heaven's Gate early Sunday morning, November 16, 2025. A Graveside service will be held on Monday afternoon, November 24, 2025, at Bullard Memorial Cemetery, to begin at 1:00pm. Bro. Paul McKenzie will officate the service under the direction of Boren-Conner Funeral Home.

Rosie was born in Jacksonville, Texas, on May 29, 1932, to parents Robert and Thelma Taylor. Rosie spent her life creating relationships, helping others, and serving her family - she was a proud wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to many. Rosie was also a talented beautician by trade - who helped lots of people achieve "their" special look.

Rosie is preceded by her Husband, Bobby Ross Moses, Father, Robert Lee Taylor, Mother, Thelma Taylor, and Sister, Mary McMichael.

Rosie is survived by her Daughter, Bobbie Ann Chesley (Craig), Daughter, Rose Marie Stokes, Granddaughter, Christie Leigh Daugherty (Dwaine), Grandson, Cliff Manning Chesley, Great-grandson, Hayes Christian Daugherty, and Great-granddaughter, Paisley Elizabeth Daughtery.
