Rosa "Rosie" Ramirez - Rodriguez, a cherished mother, sister, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 9, 2024, at the age of 69 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 8th,1954, in El Paso, Texas, the cherished eldest daughter of the late Alfonso Ramirez and Maria Luisa Molina.
Rosie's life was marked by love, laughter, and unwavering strength. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth and kindness that touched the lives of all who knew her.
Rosie was a devoted mother and is survived by her two sons, Gabriel Rodriguez and Daniel Rodriguez, whose lives she enriched with her guidance, wisdom, and unconditional love. She is also survived by her siblings Birdie Pacheco, Becky Ramirez, and Javier Ramirez, whose lives she graced with her, kindness, humor, and endless support including the late Katie Ramirez.
Rosie's greatest joy in life was her role as a grandmother. She adored her four grandchildren Isabella Rodriguez, Ethan Rodriguez, Noah Rodriguez, and Sophie Rodriguez, and showered them with boundless love, affection, and wisdom. Their cherished memories together will forever be treasured. Rosie will be remembered for her vibrant spirit, infectious laughter, and her ability to find joy in life's simplest pleasures. She was a source of strength and inspiration to all who had the privilege of knowing her, whether she was cooking her famous potato salad or stuffing, sharing stories with loved ones, or offering a listening ear, Rosie's presence brought comfort and joy to those around her.
Though she may no longer be with us in person, Rosie's love and light will continue to guide and inspire us all. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
On Monday, May 20, 2024, a Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary starting at 7:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Home - Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr., El Paso, TX 79907.
On Tuesday, May 21, 2024, a Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 AM at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 9205 North Loop Dr., El Paso, TX 79907.

Rosie's family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all who have offered their love, support, and condolences during this difficult time.
Rosie may have left this world, but her love will forever remain etched in the hearts of all who knew her. May she rest in eternal peace, knowing that she was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.
