Nació el 24 de julio de 1952 en Camargo, Chihuahua, y partió a descansar el 18 de octubre de 2025 en El Paso, Texas, a la edad de 73 años. Le precedieron en vida su amado esposo Jesús Maese y sus hijos Jesús Maese Jr. y Brenda Maese, a quienes ahora se reúne con amor en el cielo. Le sobreviven su querida madre Josefina Salazar, sus hijos Luis Gerardo Maese (Brenda Maese) y Brenda Guadalupe Maese (Arturo Durán), y su nuera Ivonne Maese, así como sus adorados nietos, quienes fueron la luz y alegría de su vida. Juanita fue una mujer de gran corazón, llena de fe, alegría y amor. Le encantaba cantar, bailar y rezar su rosario; su sonrisa iluminaba cualquier lugar, y su risa era contagiosa. Siempre encontraba la manera de hacer sentir bien a los demás, dejando huellas de cariño y dulzura en todos los que tuvieron la dicha de conocerla. Descansa en paz, querida Juanita.
