Funeral services for Rosie Pearl Terrell, will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 25, 2025, at The Third Missionary Baptist Church. There will be a Family Hour for reflections Friday October 24 from 5pm – 7pm. She departed this life on October 16, 2025. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until service time at the church. Burial will be at Pine Hill Cemetery following the service.

She was born on April 3, 1938, in LaFayette County, MS, as the fourth of six children to Adam and Mary Buford. For 69 years she was married to Eddie A. Terrell and was a devoted wife, loving homemaker and faithful member of The Third Missionary Baptist Church, where she served in the Choir for nearly 60 years, a Deaconess, a Mother and volunteer for many, many programs and organizations in the church and throughout the community.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Andrew Terrell, five children (Annie Lou, Bernice, Mary Jean, Larry and Patricia) and four siblings (Percy Buford, Otha Lee Buford, Eula (Buford) Terrell and William Buford).

Those left to cherish her memories include 11 children, Cathy (Steven) Lomas, Michael (Renee) Terrell, Charles Terrell, Henry (Kelly) Terrell, Ricky (LaTonya) Terrell, Jimmie (Michele) Terrell, Earney Terrell, Mark (Cathy) Terrell, John (Lanisha) Terrell, Willie Terrell, Chris (Jazelle) Terrell, 36 Grandchildren, 60 Great-Grandchildren, 17 Great-Great Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and loved ones.

Services will be streamed over Facebook. The name is Third Missionary Baptist Church.
