Rosina "Rose" Summaria
Age 95, of Bethel Park, passed away with family by her side in her home on July 6th, 2023.
Rose was the beloved wife of the late Carlo "Cuz" Summaria; loving mother of Virginia (Tom) Robinson, Sue (the late John) Bagwell, Gino (Mary Ann) Summaria, and Carla (Gary) Kassem; cherished grandmother of Justin (Mary), Corey (Alisa), Lindsay, Hayley, Jacob (Jordan), Carlo (Leanne), Nico, Santina, Talia, Justin (Ivana), and Lindsay; great grandmother of Liam, Jameson, Crew, Parker, Hudson, Quinn, Gino, and Grace; beloved sister to five siblings, and aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Rose was born in Italy, she immigrated from Calabria, Italy to America at the age of 25. She built an amazing life and raised a wonderful family that she loved fiercely, almost as much as saying the rosary, working in her garden, and cooking for everyone. She was an amazing and supportive grandmother and great grandmother.
Arrangements by BEINHAUER. Family and friends will be received on Monday, July 10th, from 2-8PM at 2828 Washington Road, McMurray (724-941-3211). On Tuesday, July 11th, at 10AM a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at The Resurrection Parish, St. Thomas More Church, and entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
