Rosita Trujillo Obituary

Rose grew up in Salt Creek, and she passed in her daughter and long-time caregivers' home in Pueblo West. She worked at Sacred Heart home from 1970-1980, then the State hospital from 1980-90 and finally Stepping Stone girls' home from 1990-94. Rose was a CSUP Alum and had her bachelor's in psychology.
Rose is survived by her sister, Debbie (Marty) Baca Duran; her children, Janet (Joe Giron) Trujillo, Bruce Trujillo, Shawn (Dorothy) Trujillo, Levi (MaryLou) Trujillo, and Alan (Arlene) Trujillo; her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, goddaughter, Louise Roldan; as well as many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
Rosary, 1:30 pm and Mass of Christian Burial, 2 pm, Fri., Nov. 7, 2025 both at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Interment, Roselawn Cemetery.
