She was the wife of the late Harold L. Miller, whom she was married to for 60 years.
Born in Lebanon County, PA on October 6, 1945, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin F., Jr., and Leona (Yordy) Reed.
A 1963 graduate of ELCO High School, Rowena was a member of Tulpehocken Trinity, Richland. She worked alongside her husband as a dairy farmer for 37 years. Rowena enjoyed attending her grandchildren's events, shopping, and going to the casino. Most of all she loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by daughters, Tammy, wife of Marlin Ritchie, Melody, wife of Ronald Brown, Leesa Miller, Stacie, wife of the late David Graupp, Rebecca, wife of Scot Zeller; grandchildren, Nicole (Sean), Jared, Amanda (Joshua), Jordan, Joshua, Jeremy, Samantha (Autumn), Benjamin and Alexa; great-grandchildren, Hailey, Elaina, Brantley, Mickaella, Jayden, and Amie; sister, Jerry, wife of Corwin Erdman; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers, David Reed, Daniel Reed, Benjamin F. Reed, III, and Kim Reed; and a sister, Virginia Blantz.
Services and interment will be private.

Sincere condolences to my cousins family and friends. We shared childhood times at family Reunions and visits to family farm. Rowena was very outgoing and enjoyed the countryside.
