Roxanna Baldwin

Appalachia, VA – Roxanna Baldwin, 71, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 26, 2026, at Norton Community Hospital, Norton, VA. She was a lifelong resident of Appalachia, VA. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and a good friend to all who knew her. Roxanna was excited and hoping to see Ariel and Austin's baby. She stitched homemade blankets for many family members. She attended Lost Creek Ministries in Norton, VA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Cecil "Chicken Bone" Baldwin, Sr.; son, Roy Cecil Baldwin, Jr.; great granddaughter, Harper Marie Davidson; brother, Lewis D. "Pea Gib" Lovell and sisters, Pamela Lovell Hensley and Itasca Baldwin.
Roxanna is survived by her children, Rachel Davidson (Doug) of Appalachia, VA and Christine "Crissy" Dotson (David), both of Appalachia, VA; siblings, Robert Lovell (Kathy) of Pennsylvania and William Lovell (Carolyn "Sissy") of Appalachia, VA; grandchildren, Jody and Jennifer Davidson, Deserae Baldwin, Harley and Heather Davidson, Kailey Davidson, Sebastian Davidson, Ariel and Austin Kilgore, Farrah Baldwin, Ryan Davidson, Chase Baldwin, Corey Baldwin and Megan Davidson; great-grandchildren, Taylah Eads, Jaden Hamilton, Joana Hamilton, Dominic Davidson, Mikey Davidson, Mila Stanley and Amyah Stanley; special friends, Missy Taylor and Trina Lane; fur baby, "Little Bit"; special friend, John Brummette, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
A graveside service will be conducted at 12:00pm on Friday, January 30, 2026, at American Legion Cemetery with Pastor Jeff Reynolds officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery by 11:50am Friday.
