Roxanna Price Obituary
Roxanna M. Price, 88, of Bedford, died on Monday, December 1, 2025 at UPMC Altoona. She was born on September 23, 1937 in Everett, a daughter of the late Sherman E. and Anna E. (Diehl) Barnes. On May 17, 1958 in Cumberland, MD, she married Bernard L. Price and he preceded her in death on October 18, 2018. She is survived by two sons: Terry “T-Bone” Price and Jerry Price, both of Bedford; two brothers: Wayne Barnes and wife Joann of Everett and Bill Barnes of GA; and a sister, Patsy Phillips of Everett. She was preceded in death by four brothers: Granville, Rodger, Randolph, and James Barnes, and two sisters: Vicky Phillips and Belva Karns.
