Roy Carrillo Obituary
Roy Garcia Carrillo, 57, of Pecos, Texas, passed away on December 6, 2024. Born on June 4, 1967, he was the beloved son of Gilbert and Mary Garcia Carrillo. Roy was a devout Catholic who dedicated his life to his work in maintenance and had a passion for boxing that spanned many years.
Roy is remembered fondly as a loving son, father, brother, and grandfather. He is preceded in death by his father, Gilbert Carrillo. He is survived by his mother, Mary Garcia Carrillo; his children, Adrian Carrillo, Alexandra Bayazid, Damion N. Carrillo, and Araya N. Carrillo; his brothers, Ramon Carrillo and Robert Carrillo; and his three cherished grandchildren.
The family invites friends and loved ones to pay their respects during visitation at the Pecos Funeral Home on Thursday, December 12, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with a Rosary at 7:00 PM. The Funeral Mass will take place at St. Catherine's Catholic Church on Friday, December 13, 2024, at 2:00 PM, followed by interment at Toyah Cemetery in Toyah, Texas.
Roy will be honored by his pallbearers: Roy Carrasco, Roy Juarez, Herman Armendariz, Barry Scarborough, Jubbel Scarborough, and Andrew Rodriguez.
Roy Garcia Carrillo will be deeply missed but always remembered for his vibrant spirit and the love he shared with those around him.
