Roy Chester Coffman, Jr., age 70 of Casa Grande, passed away peacefully at his residence, surrounded by his loving family, on Sunday March 16th, 2025. He was born on January 18, 1955 in Dallas, Texas.
Mr. Coffman served in the U.S Army for over 23 years, retiring as a staff sergeant. He liked to watch his Dallas Cowboys, go shopping and spend time with his family and grandchildren. He was a car and shoe enthusiast and loved giving back to others.
He married his spouse, Irene, on January 2, 2004 in Las Vegas, Nevada. In addition to his wife Irene of Casa Grande, he is survived by his children; Sharika Bimage of Houston, TX; Sharika Coffman of Phoenix and Jermaine Coffman of Oakland, CA; siblings, Gred Coffman; Wayne Coffman and DeeDee Janes Vaughn all of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by his best friend, Danny Crew and his military friends, Zaid Nettles and Mike Fooks. Preceded in death by his parents, Roy & Bertha Coffman and sisters, Theresa Wright and Sharon Coffman.
Visitation will be held on Saturday March 29, 2025 9:00a.m - 10:00a.m, followed by Funeral Services at 10:00a.m, both at J Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel, 525 N Peart Road, Casa Grande. Interment with full military honors will be held the following Saturday, April 5th, 2025 10:00a.m at Mt. View Cemetery, 15506 W. Skyway Avenue, Casa Grande.
