Roy E Jinks Jr

Roy Eugene Jinks 1931--2012 Roy Eugene Jinks, Jr. 81 went home to be with the Lord on December 31, 2012. He is survived by his loving wife Ann Jinks of 33 years. Children: Daughter Vanessa and her husband Mike Mancill, daughter Beth and her husband Bob Stephens. Sons: Roy Eugene Jinks III, Billy Gay and wife Susie, Bobby Jinks and wife Legaua. Grandchildren: Adrien Hawkins, Dustin Hawkins, Rachel Stephens, Sarah Rico, Hannah Stephens, Daniel Stephens, Roy J Jinks, Danny Jinks, Cristina Bonner, Ashley Gay. Great granddaughter Joy Jinks. Spiritual family God blessed him with in his later years. Charly and Melanie Balcknall, and Grandson Lyn "Papas special boy". Roy was born November 25, 1931 in Birmingham Alabama. He served in the US Marine Corps in the Korean War-Special Forces. Roy graduated from the University of Alabama with a BS in Business Administration. He served as the Coast Guard Auxiliary Commander of the New Smyrna Beach Station. He was a member of Cinco Baptist Church of Fort Walton Beach and the Senor Adult One Men's Sunday School Class since 2006. The family requests in lieu of flowers that any contributions are made to the Cinco Baptist School Security Fund in honor of Lyn's Papa.
