Roy Thomas "Tom" Premo Jr., passed away peacefully in Concord, California on July 14, 2025, at the age of 88. Tom was born on August 5, 1936, and lived a life defined by kindness, connection and a deep curiosity about the world around him. A true world traveler. His career and love of adventure took him from Vietnam, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia and across the United States and Canada. He approached every new place with an open heart and a generous spirit. With warmth in his soul and a sincere interest in others. Tom never met a stranger, only friends he hadn't met yet.
Tom was a proud father to 3 children: Jacqueline (Ted), Jeanine (Gary), and Robert (Jessica). Loving grandfather to 7: Kenneth, Danielle, Terryn, Aaron, Courtlyn, Rafe and Peyton. Doting great-grandfather to 4: Megan, Colleen, Nova and Bridger. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Huong "Ly," and is survived by his brother, Jerald. Family was his greatest treasure, and nothing brought him more joy than being surrounded by those he loved most. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
