I am so sorry to see the passing of Roy. I worked with him at the Department of Insurance for several years. Roy was a friend as well as a coworker, not only to me but to everyone he worked with. He was very funny and he always had a story for anyone who would listen. I send my condolences to Janet and his sons Jake and Joshua and their families. God bless all of you!
