RIDDELL, Roy W., 88, of Richmond, went to be with his wife of 65 years, Margaret Quate Riddell, on Tuesday, April 21, 2009. His wife preceded him in death three years ago. He leaves behind two daughters, Jean Peaco and Brenda O'Callaghan; three grandchildren, Troy Tyler Peaco and wife, Jennifer, Chancie Pittman and Brandie Pittman; five great-grandchildren, Levi Pittman, Tyler Peaco, Taylyn Peaco, Shelby Peaco and Wyatt Riddell Peaco; one brother, Leslie "Buster" Riddell; and one nephew, Louis "Red" Riddell. The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 23, 2009, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bliley's-Staples Mill, 8510 Staples Mill Rd., and where funeral services will be held Friday, April 24, 2009, at 12 noon. Interment Westhampton Memorial Park.
