Roy R. Tobin

Roy R. Tobin, of the Boscawen, NH, passed away peacefully at his home in Boscawen, NH, on December 22, 2025, at the age of 69. Born on May 4, 1956, in Concord, NH, Roy spent his life in the Concord area, where he made lasting contributions through his long career.

For over 30 years, Roy worked for the city of Concord, dedicating himself to maintenance work of all kinds. His commitment to his job and community was a testament to his character. Roy was not only a hardworking man but also a devoted husband and father. He cherished his marriage to Katherine, with whom he shared over 40 years before her passing. Their partnership was a wonderful example of what a loving marriage should be.

Roy enjoyed many hobbies that brought him joy, including riding his Harley Davidson, playing horseshoes, and relaxing with a Bud Light at the end of the day.

Roy is survived by his two sons, Jason and Dan Tobin, along with his sister Karen Tobin. He also leaves behind four grandchildren: Nick, Gabe, Sophi, and Austin, who will remember him fondly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Tobin and Mary (Boissy) Tobin, his wife Katherine, his sister Terry Tobin, and his brother Tom Tobin.
