Roy Winans Obituary
He survived by his son, Dave (Shelly) Winans, St. Marys; 3 step sons, Bill (Sandy) Jackson, Richmond, VA, Joe (Karen) Pettit, and Tracey Pettit, Cameron, WV; granddaughter, Brittany (Willie) Payne, St. Marys; grandson, Kenneth Jackson, Richmond, VA; great grandsons, Wyatt and Carder Payne, St. Marys; along with many other family members and friends who supported him over the years.
He proceeded in death by his first wife, Patricia Bailey, second wife, Janice Pettit, and step son Kenney Jackson
The family would like to thank the nursing staff with House-Calls Home Health and Journeys Hospice for all the care that was given to Roy.
Funeral service will be 7:00 PM Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at Ingram Funeral Home, St. Marys, WV with Pastor Jimmy Taylor officiating. Friends may call from 5 to 7 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, family has requested donations be made to Country Rhodes Running Camp, c/o Steven Nutter, 2302 Hebron Road, St. Marys, WV 26170. An online guest register is available at www.ingramfh.com.
