Royce is survived by his wife of 50 years: Cathy L. Campbell, his sons: Jesse R. Campbell(Amy McDowell-Campbell) and Shaun M. Campbell(Jessica), his brother: Robert "Bud" Campbell(Ginny), his sister: Donna Tolle, his step-sister: Judy May, his grandchildren: Jade, Payton, Cooper, Declan, Corbin and Charlyne, his special Aunt and Uncle: Claudia and Don Walter, his brother-in-law: Joe Neal(Phyllis) and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Royce's life will be held at 10:30 AM Thursday April 2, 2026 at the Market Street Chapel of Naville & Seabrook Funeral Homes(1119 E. Market St.). Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday April 1, 2026 from 3 – 7 PM.
Memorial contributions may be given to The Leukemia Society.
