Ruben was a good soul. I worked with him at UTEP in the 1980's in the Admission's Office. Yes, he was a great dancer! Rest in Peace.

Ruben was the sweetest person, always spreading his love for God and always telling everyone to behave and be good. Like he would tell me "Portate bien chica". It was sad news to hear of his passing. He was my daughter and nieces Youth Group teacher at Mt. Carmel and I have worked with him here at Head Start since he started with us in February of 1998. He will be missed. Descansa en paz Ruben; "Portate bien" <3
