Ruby R. McBride

Ruby Rachael McBride, 75, passed away on February 27, 2026, at Hampshire Center, Romney, WV, surrounded by the love of her family.

Ruby was the beloved daughter of the late Clarice McBride and Howard McBride. She is survived by her sister, Helen Haslacker, and her adopted Brother Mike Bohon.

She leaves behind her loving children: Missy Morgan and husband Donald; Charlene Jeffries; Marlana Harper; and Leon Harper and his fiancée, Courtney.

Ruby was a proud and devoted grandmother to Tasha Stewart and husband Bryan; Bradley Conard; Abby Morgan; Thomas Morgan and fiancée Shonna; Tommy Grieves and his fiancée, Rebecca; Michael Davis and his wife, Mazie; Mathew Davis; LJ Harper; Penelope Harper; Breanna Davis; and Paisley Harper.

She was also blessed with great-grandchildren who brought her endless joy: Raiden, Paisley, Chloe, Addelynn, Graysen, and Lainey.

Ruby's life was rooted in family. She cherished gatherings filled with laughter, stories, and the simple joy of being together. Her legacy lives on in the strong, loving family she raised and in the countless memories shared by those who knew and loved her.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered in our hearts.

A memorial service will be held on March 7, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at McKee Funeral Home in Augusta, WV. The family will receive friends one hour prior.
