Ruby Lee Register

Mrs. Ruby Lee Harris Register. age 79, of Kingston passed away Saturday, August 16, 2025, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 27, 1945, in the Folsom Community of Bartow County, Georgia, to the late Carl Edward Harris, Sr. and Vaudie Self Harris. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Cecily Harris, Mary Jo Adcock and Laura Mae Harris Coker, brothers, Grady Harris, Frank Harris, Carl Harris, Jr., and John Roy Harris. Ruby was a cherished member of the Adairsville Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses. She dedicated her career to the textile industries before enjoying her retirement. Ruby had a passion for cooking, decorating, and staying active, often spending time with her beloved sister Ruthie. Her family was the center of her world, and she treasured every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Lynn Turner and husband Tony, son, Walter B. Register, and daughter, Joanna Fowler and husband Stephen; grandchildren, Bobby Turner, Quintin Bunch and wife Alexis, and Dylan Fowler; great-grandsons, Grayson and Stetson Bunch; sisters, Mickey Jane McClure, Clara Moran, Nellie Ann Clark, and twin sister, Ruthie Jewell; several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Ruby's Life will be held at Barton Funeral Home on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025, at 4:00 PM. The family will receive friend's prior from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM. R.
