Ruby Caddie Roberts left this mortal existence on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, surrounded by her family.
Ruby was born on August 18, 1949, in the old Dee Memorial Hospital in Ogden to Dean L and Wilma Lovell Roberts. She attended E.M. Whitesides Elementary, Central Davis Junior High, and Davis High School graduating in 1967.
Ruby is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Ruby worked at the First National Bank of Layton in the bookkeeping, computer and customer service departments and retired after many years.
Ruby is survived by brothers, Lee, Ed and Blaine. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Dean Jr and Gary.
The family would like to thank Dignity Hospice for the care extended to Ruby. Also, to Jill for the 5 years of service to Ruby as a caregiver.
Graveside services will be held Friday, August 15, 2025, at 12 p.m. at Lindquist’s Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 N. Fairfield Rd, with Bishop Jubel Morgan officiating. Friends may visit with family on Friday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 N. Fairfield Rd.
