Ruby Lanier Stallings

Ruby Lanier Stallings, 85, of 755 Mailman Road, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, November 30, 2012. Ruby was born in Duplin County on June 4, 1927 to the late Veston Lanier and Edith Anderson Lanier. Ruby has been a faithful wife, mama, grandmother, great-grandmother and will surely be missed by all her family and friends. Memorial Service: 2:00 P.M. Saturday December 8, 2012 L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel 944 Old Knight Road Knightdale, N.C. with Reverend Matt Dinkins Associate Pastor Zebulon Baptist Church, officiating. The Stallings family will receive relatives and friends immediately following the service at the funeral home. Surviving: Daughters: Linda S. Cooper and husband, Donald of Nashville Lois S. Hinnant of Benson Brother: Wilbert Lanier of Clemmons Special Brother-In-Law: Bobby Stallings and wife, Carolyn of Garner In addition to her parents, Ruby was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Everette Stallings.
