Ruby is survived by 3 grandchildren: Tiffany (Roy) Rison, Christopher Taulbee and Nicholas Taulbee.
Besides her parents, Ruby was preceded in death by 2 sons: Michael Taulbee and David Taulbee and 1 grandson: Brandon Taulbee.
A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Machpelah Cemetery, Mt. Sterling, KY. Officiating will be Zach Hill.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the Silver City Church, 222 Holt Ave, Mt. Sterling, KY 40353.
