Rush Walter was born on February 22, 2024, in Sioux Falls, SD. He was baptized into Christ as a member of the Apostolic Lutheran Church. He was truly Jesus' little lamb, called home in the prime of his life. His family is incredibly honored to have had him with them, even for such a short time. Little Rush lived his sweet life to the fullest as the youngest of seven, and was the "family pet."
A true mommy's boy, "Rushy Bo" loved riding with his daddy, and honking the horn brought an extra twinkle to his already smiling face. He found joy in four-wheeler rides and was often seen carrying a little car wherever he went. His vibrant personality shone through as he cared for his big sister, bringing her bottles when she was feeling upset.
Rush will be dearly missed by his dad, Ryder Seppala and his mom, Lyndsey Seppala of Castlewood, SD; his siblings: Jackson, Carina, Patrick, Brianna, Melody, and Harmony. He is also survived by his Grandma, Cherri Seppala, of Hayti, SD, Grandpa Jason, and Grandma, Sarah, both of Michigan; along with great-grandparents Ted Seppala, Elvi Ketola, Bruce and Connie Talo; and great-great-grandma, Eunice Kinnunen. Rush had many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins who will forever hold him in their hearts.
He was united in heaven with Grandpa Sket (Gary Walter Seppala); his great-grandpa, Walter Ketola; and his uncle, Cainan Talo.
Though his time with us was brief, the love and happiness he brought into the lives of his family and all who knew him will be cherished forever.
