Russ was born April 12, 1936, in Iron City, Tennessee. He was a career Air Force veteran with a

from the service and settling in Rock Hill, Russ went to work with the City of Rock Hill, joining
the Buildings and Grounds Department, working another twenty years before permanently

fellowshipping and working with other Masons.
