Russell Carr Obituary
Russell Eugene Carr, 58, of Smyrna NY, passed away on September 26, 2024. Russell was born on August 5, 1966, in Hamilton, NY, the son of Ronald S. Carr and Dorothy C. (Boos) Beeching. Russ graduated from Sherburne -Earlville High School in 1984, and soon after joined the United States Army, where he proudly served his country until his honorable discharge in 1990. In 2016 Russ graduated from Morrisville State College with an associate in applied science and Bachelor of Science. Russ was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed spending time with his close friends and family. He was kind to all those he knew and would do anything for anyone. He will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved him.
Russ was predeceased by his grandparents, father, and stepfather. He was also predeceased by his sons Matthew and Seth, and by his brother Tim.
Russ is survived by his mother Dottie Beeching, His brothers, Robert (Lana) Beeching Jr., Vic (Melissa) Carr and his sisters Jessica (Sharon) Beeching, and Vanessa (Roy) Carr, His children Chauntel (Steven) Carr and Chelsea (Norman) Carr and his granddaughters, Lilly, Ellie and Mira. Russ is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Behe Funeral Home Inc, 21 Main Street, Oxford NY 13830. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday October 3, 2024, from 2:00PM to 4:00PM at the funeral home. Friends and family may share memories and condolences by visiting www.behefuneralhome.com
