William Russell "Rusty" Feeser, age 72, passed away on February 24, 2026. Born January 9, 1954, he was the son of William T. "Bill" Feeser and Shirley Russell Shaw Feeser.

A 1972 graduate of Monticello High School, Rusty played football during his high school years and carried that same competitive spirit throughout his life. He remained a devoted and passionate fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks, proudly cheering on his team every season.

He honorably served in both the Arkansas National Guard and the Georgia National Guard, reflecting his dedication to service and country.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William T. "Bill" Feeser and Shirley Russell Shaw Feeser; his brothers, Ronald Lewis Feeser, Sr. and Randall Price Shaw; his sister, Margaret Craig; and his grandparents, Floyd and Esther Feeser and Wheeler and Frances Russell.

Rusty is survived by his wife, Susan; his siblings: Floyd Feeser, Amanda Smith, and Mary Robinson; his nephews, Lieutenant Colonel Chaplain Ronald L. Feeser, Jr. and wife Amanda, and James Russell Feeser; his great-nephews, Nathaniel Price Feeser and James Wesley Feeser; and extended family and friends who will cherish his memory.

Rusty will be remembered for his loyalty, steady presence, service to his country, and unwavering Razorback pride.
