Ruth Beich Obituary

Lodi, WI - Ruth E. Beich, age 96, of Lodi passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Our House Assisted Living in Lodi. She was born on September 14, 1928 the daughter of Otto and Elisie (Bamert) Anderegg in a cheese factory near Argyle, WI. Ruth graduated from Belleville High School and continued her education at Downer College in Milwaukee. On January 29, 1949, she was united in marriage to Robert Beich in New Glarus. Ruth worked at the Belleville State Bank for many years until retiring. In retirement Ruth and Bob began traveling the country and spending their Winters in Arizona. They would return to Wisconsin settling in Lodi. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and enjoyed playing cards. Ruth is survived by her sister Sylvia Zentner, nieces Nancy (Ed) Forrester and Kathy (Glenn) Turco, five great nieces and nephews, two great-great nieces and nephews, and special friend Beth (Michael) Ryan. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Robert in 2017. Private inurnment services will be held at a later date at the Paoli Cemetery.
