Ruth Boggs Obituary

Ruth is survived her daughter Phyllis Lynn Vaughn and her husband John of McKee. She was blessed with one granddaughter, Kaitlyn Vaughn. She is also survived by her sister Sharon Taylor of Indiana and two nieces Kimberly Taylor and Dena Dossett.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Pearl Boggs.
Ruth was a member of Letterbox Baptist Church.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 P.M. on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, with Bro. Jimmy Morgan presiding. Burial will follow in the Cornett Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers include Aaron Boggs, Hershel Boggs, Austin Gilbert, Noah Gabbard, Stephen Gabbard, David Palmerion and Steve Gilbert.
A visitation will begin at 12 Noon on Tuesday at the Lakes Funeral Home Chapel in McKee. www.lakesfuneralhomemckee.com Lakes Funeral Home oversaw arrangements.

Miss you Aunt Ruth. I want to thank you for listening, for laughing and crying with me. You have been my biggest supporter, a very special friend. You are and always will be very special in my heart, you became a mother to me. I will alway cherish our phone calls and knowing how much you loved me. Love you always Deania
